BIO

MARVIN ENTEL / PRESIDENT

 

Marvin attended Colton High School and graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Industrial Arts in 1962 and graduated with a Masters Degree in Education in 1967 from the University.

Marvin was a Junior High School teacher in the Franklin Pierce School District in Tacoma and a Senior High School teacher at Bellevue High School in Bellevue.

Marvin was a multi-lines Claims Adjustor for 35 years with Farmers Insurance Group and has been a general contractor for his owned company RESSCO LLC from 2001 to present.  Marvin was also a joint owner of the Churchyard Inn Bed and Breakfast in Uniontown.  He has also been involved as a construction consultant for the Artisian’s Barn in Uniontown for the local artists and has been the center’s construction consultant.

Marvin has served on boards at the Asotin County Library, Asotin County Planning Commission, Holy Family School Foundation, Elks, USDA Development, Clarkston City Council and has been a long-time member of the Valley Community & Senior Center’s Board of Director.
