Vivian was born in Lewiston, ID and lived on a ranch outside of Clarkston until graduating from Clarkston High School; then moved to Spokane, WA and got her degree from Holy Names College.  After graduation; she worked at St. Lukes Hospital writing special diets.  She then worked at Kaiser’s testing labs until she married and moved to Canada.

Vivian was a stay-at-home mom to three children.  She moved back to Clarkston to take care of her father until his passing.  She joined AARP and the Women of the Moose; serving as an officer and active volunteer.  Vivian has been on the Board of Directors for over 20 years and has served as President, Secretary and Vice President.  Vivian also volunteers at the center; helping with the third Thursday meal and has volunteered with the annual indoor yard sale.

Vivian is best known for managing “Vivian’s Lending Library” and being our “Girl Friday” in the center’s office.  She has been the heart of the center for many years.
