WILLIAM HUBBARD
Bill was born in Colfax, WA. and he attended school there. He then enlisted in the Army and served in Korea.
Bill had a variety of work experience; including farming, service station work, bulk fuel owner, long haul truck owner and operator, COAST driver, Headstart driver, ECAP and shopping for seniors and the disabled.
Bill retired in 2002 from COAST and moved to Lewiston. He and his wife Franki became volunteers driving and taking people to their medical appointments and other needs. These trips are mostly to Spokane and Walla Walla, WA and Moscow ID.
Bill and Franki have three children, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Bill joined the Board of Directors on July 12, 2017 and volunteer his time at the center.
