TIMOTHY SCHMIDT
Tim worked for 12 years with Christmas in Action in the Lewis-Clark Valley where a crew of people would fix 4 to 5 houses each year for low-income families. Tim has been a member of the Knights of Columbus at Holy Family Church for 50 years as well as volunteering for all the church’s activities and various fund raisers.
Tim was the owner of Schmidt and Schmidt Construction and the owner of Schmidt’s Framing and a carpenter with Steve Carlton Construction.
Tim was educated at Prairie High School in Cottonwood, ID and has a BA in Economics from the University of Idaho in Moscow, ID. Tim is also a military veteran.
Tim has been married to Diane Schmidt for 49 years and his wife volunteers three days a week for the Senior Round Table at the Center. They have three children and have had 63 foster children over the course of 23 years for the State of Washington and Idaho and Service Alternatives.
Tim brings a wealth of construction and business experience to our Board of Directors.
